Foundations
1972
In 1972 the groundwork for Oliver Knights was established by Ronald Mills, creating an engineering workshop Stantree Precision that manufcatured components for various industries, such as automotive, petro-chemical, and aero-space sectors.
Entry into Architectural Fittings
1996
In 1996, the company began laying the seeds for what we are today, entering the Architectural Fittings space with a patch Glass fittings collection under the sub brand C-Thru. The collection was design and manufactured by our team of engineers and sold throughout the country.
Made to order
2001
In 2001 we ended the C-thru patch fitting collection and shifted our focus to the Architectural sector, developing bespoke and standardized products for various Architectural Hardware Brands, establishing ourselves as a leading British manufacturer within the industry.
Oliver Knights was born
2016
In 2016 Oliver Knights was born. This was the year our brand evolved from an engineering workshop to an established Architectural Hardware brand, expanding our family within the business along the way.

2018
2018 was a the year signaling the end of an era. Our primary focus shifted to establishing Oliver Knights in the Architectural sector while parting ways with other sectors to expand our manufacturing capacity for further growth, investing considerably into our workshop.
