REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At Oliver Knights, every product is meticulously manufactured and hand-finished to order. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for items that are made correctly and free of defect.

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

All Oliver Knights items are produced specifically for each customer. Once your order has been accepted, the full value will be charged, and the order is considered final.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

We will only accept returns or offer replacements in the following cases:

  • A mechanical defect is identified in the product.

  • An incorrect item has been supplied.

If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. In such cases, we will arrange a like-for-like replacement of the item at no additional cost.

MECHANICAL GUARANTEE

All Oliver Knights products come with a 10-year mechanical guarantee, reflecting our commitment to quality and long-lasting craftsmanship. This guarantee covers mechanical faults but does not include surface finishes, general wear and tear, or damage caused by improper installation or handling.
